1. What This Website Is
Eddy County Warrant Records is a private reference site about public court and records-routing information in Eddy County, New Mexico. It is not operated by Eddy County, the Sheriff, the Fifth Judicial District Court, New Mexico Courts, MVD, a city, or any other government office.
2. Informational Use Only
Pages are provided for civic orientation and general information. They may describe official offices, forms, public-access limits, phone numbers, addresses, and procedures. A linked source controls its own content and a court or agency controls its records.
3. Not a Status or Screening Service
This website cannot confirm whether a warrant is active, served, canceled, surrendered, or otherwise resolved. It does not provide a consumer report, background report, employment decision, housing decision, insurance decision, credit decision, or tenant-screening service. Do not use the pages or any widget for a decision about another person.
4. Lawful and Careful Use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not scrape, bulk-download, harass a public office, impersonate a court, attempt to evade service, publish private information, or use a tip program to resolve a personal court matter. Do not rely on an unofficial caller or payment request when an official court domain can be verified.
5. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
The site operator is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on these pages is not assembled for FCRA purposes and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. The legal notice in the footer is part of these terms.
6. No Legal Advice
Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship or gives legal advice. A lawyer can advise about probable cause, surrender, bond, motions, court dates, and the effect of a warrant. Court staff can explain administrative procedures but cannot advise a person how to defend a case.
7. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed
Phone numbers, addresses, hours, court forms, payment instructions, and links can change. Research describes the official sources inspected for the site, but an official page should be checked before travel, payment, or a records request. A public Case Lookup result is not a live warrant certificate.
